The Christmas Party for the Naughty and Not So Nice
December 17, 2011
The unknown goon, the Penguin, Darth Maul, the Black Swan, Hannibal Lecter, Prince Ulrich, Syndrome, and the Joker all try too hard to look bad ass. La Gloria does it naturally - smiling mischievously even with neck brace and all..
It was a Christmas party that would have made the Grinch proud.
The Aspac people revealed their darker side in the Christmas Party at Blackbird Bar last Dec. 16. With the agency’s costume party tradition, employees went all out with the “villains” theme for the night. There were goons aplenty, Batman haters galore, killers from the Deadly Viper Assasination Squad, and more movie and TV villains that one could count.
These shady characters transformed the bar into a virtual villains hideout with dark lighting and yellow police tape welcoming the evil revelers. As always, the night was filled with games, gifts, raffle prizes, food, booze, and wicked laughter.
But what everyone was really waiting for was the announcement of the Best in Costume Prize. Claws and knives were bared but it was the Black Swan and Darth Maul who proved to be the baddest of the bunch. The rest just got really drunk to drown away their loss and party the night away.

Oren-Ishii and her personal bodyguard, Gogo Yubari, prowl the streets of Makati with Elle Driver. Everyone was giving them killer looks but no one dared approach them.

No wonder the angry birds are so angry. Only the pigs were invited to the Aspac Christmas Party.

It was Friday the 16th - not Friday the 13th mind you. But Jason came to terrorize the night.

The magic of make-up and costume. Jafar takes a much-needed break from the partying to pose for his mug shot.

Mr. T pitied the fools who lost the Christmas party best in costume contest until he realized that he was one of them.

Esther the Orphan was not quite thrilled when the winners of the Best in Costume were announced.

The force is definitely strong in this one. Darth Maul decreed no to Christmas lights and yes to light sabers.

The Black Swan danced her way to victory armed with a menacing stare and pointed toes throughout the whole night. She kept on doing ballerina poses in all the photo-ops!
